Overview of the Graduate Supervisor Role

This role is an excellent opportunity for a marketing professional to utilize their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and teamwork skills, as well as a patient and approachable demeanor. They will be responsible for supervising day-to-day marketing operations, assisting with developing plans and designs for marketing initiatives, and working closely with the Coordinator of Marketing & Advertising.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the oversight, training and supervision of staff hiring, scheduling, and supervision.
  • Develop and implement multi-platform marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing staff to increase efficiencies and build understanding of the organization's brand.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • One year of undergraduate experience in campus recreation and knowledge of basic practices in recreational sports.
  • Leadership and supervisory abilities of undergraduate students and interns.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.
Competencies
  • Knowledge of HR theories and best practices in recruitment and staff development.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of common social media platforms and marketing practices.
