We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Programs Manager to lead our team in creating opportunities for children, young people, and families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing programs that drive outcomes and make a positive impact on our community.

Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, coach, and train team members to ensure exceptional leadership and performance.
  • Manage programs, campaigns, projects, and contracts to ensure quality service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive collaboration and partnerships.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop, deliver, and evaluate relevant programs.
  • Prepare reports and facilitate review and program development meetings.
  • Monitor and review case plans in conjunction with staff.
  • Coordinate and participate in community events to build relationships and promote our organization.

Requirements:

  • Degree in social work, psychology, social science, or related field.
  • Prior experience in senior management and strong leadership skills.
  • Experience working in diverse community sectors including children, young people, families, and carers.
  • High-level computer and database skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Analytical and strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation and national employment standards.
