We are seeking a professional trainer and assessor to facilitate high-risk work training programs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience in training individuals on dogging, rigging, and crane specialisms.
Responsibilities- Deliver training sessions on dogging, rigging (basic & intermediate), and crane operations
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Develop and implement training plans to meet client needs
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering training programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
