We are seeking an experienced Specialist Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Greencross Vet Hospital.

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art, multidisciplinary veterinary hospital located on the University of Melbourne Werribee campus. As a Specialist Veterinary Surgeon, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive team that prioritizes high clinical standards, longevity, and an outstanding student experience.

The hospital features fully equipped fluoroscopy, extensive surgical kits, and dedicated orthopaedic and soft tissue theatres. Precision and patient care are ensured with high-quality monitoring equipment. Our purpose-built 3,000 sqm teaching hospital, renovated in 2019, includes 14 consult rooms, 5 theatres, and an on-site café for staff convenience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Board Certified Specialist Surgeon and eligible for registration in Australia as a Specialist is a must.
  • We also welcome registrars to apply and those who are looking to sit their exams.
