About this role:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) plays a pivotal part in leading the firm's financial strategy and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Oversee all financial operations, encompassing accounting, treasury, tax, and risk management.
  • Provide strategic financial analysis and reporting to the Executive Committee and Board of Directors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a CFO in a professional services firm, preferably in the legal industry.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with partners and senior management.

Qualifications:
  • CA, CPA or equivalent qualification.
  • MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification (desirable).
