Job Role:

A highly skilled and experienced Demand Planner is required to join our team on a full-time basis.

Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for developing a robust monthly sales forecast (Volume, revenue and margin) for all relevant local/national trade channels.

  • Prepare and carry out monthly S&OP reviews, making mention of monthly forecast percentage accuracy scores.
  • Manage replenishment of finished goods inventory into distribution.
  • Assist in the facilitation of the demand planning/forecasting process to achieve a high level of accuracy.
  • Continual analysis of inventory and monitoring any supply risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management
  • Proven track record of success in driving business outcomes through data-driven insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
