  • A-La Carte and Gastro Pub Classics Food and Drink Servers - up early for Breakfast service OR all services
  • Conference and Events - drinks and buffet service
Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry and specialty in high-quality service
  • Great attention to detail, being one step ahead of guests' needs
  • In-depth knowledge of sequence of service and product knowledge
  • The passion to take on other ad-hoc duties as required
  • Ability to prioritise & work in a fast-paced environment being able to keep high standards of service
  • Friendly and confident communication skills
  • WSET level 2 or an equivalent wine certification/knowledge - desirable QLD RSA essential
What We Offer

Available across various shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays. We are looking for candidates who can commit for a minimum of 6 months.
