Security Program Management Opportunity
Our team is responsible for designing, planning, delivering, and operating all global infrastructure. We're the experts who keep the cloud running, supporting all data centers and servers that ensure our customers have continual access to innovation.

You'll join a diverse group of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You'll collaborate with people across the organization to deliver high standards for safety and security while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing security operations to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, mitigating risks, and strengthening overall security posture.
  • Lead and coordinate regional security build projects and standardization/innovation initiatives.
  • Evaluate and address security situations, make decisions under pressure, and develop action plans.
  • Create and manage key performance metrics to monitor and improve the security posture.
  • Oversee and collaborate with security service providers to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Investigate site incidents, analyze root causes, and produce detailed reports.
  • Conduct training for employees and contractors on security procedures and protocols.

Key Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
