Learning Enhancement Specialist

The role of the Learning Enhancement team is to provide an inclusive education, enhancing educational opportunities for all students.
The full inclusion of students with disability has a positive impact upon the learning and teaching environment for all.
As part of this team, you will be supporting students in the classroom/Learning Hub to ensure they can access the curriculum on the same basis as their peers. You will also assist with administrative tasks required as directed by the Director of Learning Enhancement, College Learning Enhancement Administrator, and Campus Learning Enhancement Coordinator.

Education Support Employee appointment requires specific qualifications and skills. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for providing high-quality support to students.
