Contract part-time role at Toorak College (Mount Eliza, Victoria, Australia). Type: Part-Time
Status: Contract
Responsibilities- Support and provide enrichment opportunities to students to help them reach their potential in learning (Prep to Year 6 for Junior School).
- Support teachers and foster academic growth in identified students across Years 7 to 12 (Senior School), working within a team of specialists.
- Assist in providing learning enhancement interventions and contribute to developing Individual Education Plans as appropriate.
- Demonstrated effective work practices and professional expertise in the learning enhancement field, including support and extension.
- Extensive knowledge of a wide range of special education assessment instruments.
- Proven ability in learning enhancement techniques in literacy and numeracy; ability to write and review Individual Education Plans.
- Appropriate teaching qualifications, training, and experience in the assessment and delivery of interventions in student learning.
