Incident & Problem Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Incident and Problem Manager.
This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing delivery and improvement of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and operationalising consistent Incident and Problem Management processes across the organisation
- Implementing, embedding and providing ongoing support for the Incident and Problem Process and Procedures to ensure adoption of best practices
- Overseeing and managing Incident, Problem and Change across the environment in partnership with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
Requirements
We require expert knowledge of IT Service Management tools and frameworks, particularly JIRA Service Management (JSM) and ITIL v3. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience defining and driving incident and problem management processes, including post-mortem analysis and corrective action implementation.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business Administration is required. A Master's degree or relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP or ISO27001 Lead Implementer is highly desirable.
