Incident and Problem Resolution Specialist

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing delivery of incident, problem, and change management processes across our organization.

The position is responsible for establishing and operationalising consistent incident and problem management processes, driving service restoration, effective crisis management, SLA adherence, and structured incident response.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and implementing incident and problem management processes to ensure seamless operation and continuous improvement
  • Driving service restoration, effective crisis management, and structured incident response to reduce incident recurrence and enhance IT service quality and reliability

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (ITIL, PMP, ISO27001 Lead Implementer) is highly desirable.

Key skills required include expert knowledge of ITSM tools JIRA Service Management (JSM), frameworks, and practical experience in implementing and managing ITIL processes 3, as well as incident & problem management expertise: 5+ years defining and driving incident and problem management processes.

As an Incident and Problem Manager, you will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee and manage incident, problem, and change across our environment, ensuring strategic alignment of business technology services with broader organisational goals.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can drive results and improve our incident and problem management capabilities.
