About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Employment Consultant to join our team at APM. As a Senior Employment Consultant, you will play a key role in empowering and motivating employment consultants to drive the best outcomes for their clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, engaging with clients to provide tailored employment services
- Mentor and coach employment consultants to help them achieve their goals and exceed performance expectations
- Support the business manager in developing and implementing strategies to improve client outcomes
- Collaborate with the team to identify and address any challenges or barriers to client success
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia
- Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
- Ability to complete a Criminal History Check
- Ability to secure a Working with Children Safely Card
