As an Employment Consultant, you will work with job seekers to identify their skills, abilities, and employment goals. You will source employment opportunities, help job seekers develop a job plan, and provide ongoing support to ensure they achieve their employment objectives.

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be part of a supportive team that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Helping job seekers identify their skills and abilities
  • Developing and implementing job plans
  • Providing ongoing support to job seekers
  • Building relationships with local employers and community organizations

Requirements:

  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Willingness to complete a Criminal History Check
  • Able to pass a Working with Children Check
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm
