About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Senior Associate to lead our small Treasury Operations team at Anton Murray Consulting.

The successful candidate will provide back-office administration, processing, settlement, reporting, and supporting services to the Treasury Department. Key responsibilities include handling ISDA and Swaps Agreements, reviewing and preparing documentation, and managing daily cash flow forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of ISDA and Swaps Agreements in accordance with established procedures.
  • Review and prepare monthly reports on borrowings, including detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise the Treasury Administration team, setting goals and priorities to ensure efficient operation.
  • Liaise with local and offshore counterparties regarding settlement of transactions and investigate outstanding payments and confirmations.
  • Assist in implementing internal controls and maintain procedure manuals in line with operational changes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in financial institutions, especially in the Treasury middle and back-office area (4-10 years).
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, taking accountability for results.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to enhance work productivity using spreadsheets and databases.

Compensation Package:

We offer an attractive salary package that reflects your experience and qualifications. Our estimated annual salary range is AU$120,000 - AU$180,000, depending on your background and performance.
