Compliance Services Manager

We are seeking a seasoned compliance professional to lead our quality assurance and continuously improve the quality of our education services.
About the Role:
The Compliance Manager will be responsible for leading our compliance obligations across ASQA standards, compliance, and resources. This role requires a seasoned compliance expert with experience in managing state-based funding contracts and overseeing internal auditing for ASQA Compliance and external audits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compliance across ASQA standards, compliance, and resources
- Liaise with ASQA and other state and federal government bodies
- Manage state-based funding contracts
- Implement policies and procedures
- Oversee internal auditing for ASQA Compliance and external audits
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in compliance roles within the VET sector
- Excellent knowledge of ASQA standards
- Experience managing State Based Funding is highly desirable
- Lead and managed ASQA audits, re-registration, or registration
- Understanding of mapping, validation, and moderation
- Experience leading a team is desirable
