We're expanding and seeking a Compliance Manager to help elevate operational excellence across our services. This is a permanent, full time position based in our Biggera Waters Head Office.

What You'll Do
  • Guide Centre Managers through internal audits, Assessment & Rating readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Own compliance workflows including NQF, National Law & Regulations, and CCS - ensuring all centres stay audit-ready
  • Support policy drafting, risk management, WHS, and incident reporting across multiple services in collaboration with our Operations Managers and People & Culture Manager
  • Deliver training, practical tools, and coaching to empower centre leadership teams
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to maintain confidence and transparency organization-wide
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor, or similar leadership role, with lived experience in quality & compliance from a service perspective
  • Strong compliance knowledge NQF, National Law & Regulations, CCS and familiarity with licensing and assessment frameworks
  • Skilled in auditing, reporting, analysing risks, and managing centre-level challenges
  • A collaborative and proactive communicator who thrives on supporting and developing others
