Youth Justice Community Facilitator

This is a statutory appointment that demands flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
About the Role- Prepare for and facilitate Youth Justice Conferences in line with restorative justice principles.
- Maintain close contact with conference participants and orchestrate the conference conversation and outcomes.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and possess excellent communication and listening skills.
- Showcase organisational and time management abilities.
- Be comfortable working with a diverse range of individuals.
- Foster community connections and relationships with local authorities, cultural groups, support services, and other agencies.
- Commit to collaborative work and interaction with multicultural and Aboriginal young people, families, and victims.
- Possession of a minimum Provisional 2 NSW Driver's Licence.
- National Criminal History Check.
- Access to personal computer with internet and mobile phone.
- NSW Working with Children Check Clearance (WWCC).
