Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Store Associate to join our retail team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales through effective merchandising and stock management, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, responding to their needs, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising, including maintaining visually appealing store displays, arranging merchandise to maximize sales potential, and implementing promotional strategies.
  • Manage stock levels, including receiving, unpacking, and shelving merchandise, as well as conducting inventory counts and cycle counts.

Required Skills:

  • Previous retail fashion experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
