Senior Capital Works Project Coordinator

The Capital Works Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects, encompassing water and wastewater infrastructure upgrades, renewals, and new infrastructure development.
Responsibilities include leading project teams, managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for capital projects, ensuring adherence to regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
In addition, they will foster strong relationships with local councils, government bodies, and community stakeholders.
- Lead project teams in delivering capital works projects.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and cost control for capital projects.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local councils and community stakeholders.
You should possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in delivering capital works projects, preferably in the water and sewerage industry.
They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills.
