Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to architect and deploy a brand new data platform, while optimizing our existing data infrastructure and research workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect and deploy a scalable data platform to enhance our research capabilities.
  • Translate experimental research workflows into production-grade systems using Python scripting.
  • Collaborate with researchers and traders to unlock predictive trading insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines with Spark, Databricks, and in-house tools.
  • Optimize and performance-tune research workflows for efficiency.
  • Define and document best practices for data engineering.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering.
  • Strong expertise in Apache Spark, Databricks, and Python programming.
  • Experience with Delta Lake, Kafka, and relational databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
