About This Role

This position oversees the development and implementation of high-quality online learning experiences for customers. The ideal candidate will lead a team, prioritize projects, manage interdependencies, assign resources, and ensure timely delivery.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to scope training needs and promote eLearning services.
  • Oversee project prioritization, resource allocation, and obstacle removal.
  • Lead and grow a team of eLearning developers and assistants.
  • Delve into global eTraining initiatives, change management, and data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Evaluate external providers, ensuring high-quality content is compatible with our Learning Management System (LMS) and aligned with legislative requirements.
  • Analyse costs, negotiate provider rates, and support partnership agreements.
  • Manage supplier relationships and source new providers to maintain a leading-edge eTraining portfolio.
  • Monitor content usage and optimize the library by collaborating with providers, subject matter experts, and developers.
  • Support LMS integration by working closely with product stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, learning delivery, or learning technology.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • A strategic thinker able to overcome obstacles and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Education, Training, and Experience

  • Familiarity with adult education, eLearning concepts, and tools.
  • Hands-on experience with training design tools is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify revenue growth opportunities.
  • A management qualification or experience is essential.
