We are seeking a school-based trainee to join our administrative team.

As a school-based trainee, you will provide vital support to our Recruitment Team and Managing Director.

You will work closely with numerous professionals within the team, receiving on-the-job training and expert guidance.

Every day is different, and your duties and responsibilities will evolve as you grow in the role.

Initially, your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining accurate databases
  • Scanning, filing, and securely disposing of documents
  • Performing ad hoc administrative duties
  • Assisting with marketing campaigns
  • Attending regular team meetings

To be successful in this role, you should possess a friendly disposition, be reliable, coachable, and cooperative.
