Overview of the Role:

As a Lawyer in our Environment and Planning team, you will work on a range of matters including strategic and statutory planning, environmental licensing, impact assessments, cultural heritage, and land acquisitions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice to clients on environment and planning matters
  • Assist in the preparation of applications for development approvals
  • Conduct research and analysis to stay up-to-date on changes to legislation and regulations

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with 3-4 years PQE experience in a reputable commercial law firm or in-house role, with demonstrated skills in environment and/or planning law.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of NSW planning laws and be able to communicate complex information effectively to clients and stakeholders.
