Business Analysis Position

The position of Senior Business Analyst is open for a professional with expertise in business processes within the Superannuation sector.


Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and identify business requirements to drive process improvement
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and establish objectives
  • Design solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop business requirements documents outlining problems, solutions, and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new processes or changes
  • Manage project documentation and ensure risk adherence

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies
