A Leadership Position in Early Learning

We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to take on a leadership role at our centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of inspiring and motivating their team, driving continuous improvement across all areas of centre operations.
This is a key role that requires the ability to support the Centre Director in leading the team, mentoring and building capabilities within the team, and managing the centre in the Centre Director's absence.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and develop the skills of the centre team members.
- Support the Centre Director in achieving high-quality early learning and care outcomes.
- Manage the centre in the Centre Director's absence, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
