About the Role

Mercy Community Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide care, support, and assistance to clients in their homes. As a Community Care Worker, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored support to ensure their well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with their daily living needs, including personal care and domestic assistance
  • Support clients with transportation and community access
  • Monitor client condition and report any changes or concerns to management

We are looking for candidates with a Certificate III in Individual Support – Ageing (or similar) and experience working with clients with cognitive and physical limitations. You will also require a Queensland Provisional Green or above clear Driver's Licence, comprehensive insurance, and service history for your vehicle.
