About the Role

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a skilled Visual Content Creator to join an established property development company. You will be responsible for transforming technical property assets into compelling marketing materials that drive real results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating engaging visual content from existing assets, including CAD drawings, photography, and 3D renders.
  • Distributing content across social media platforms to drive qualified leads.
  • Working directly with the leadership team to transform technical property assets into marketing materials.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation, preferably in property or real estate.
  • Proficiency with CAD drawing manipulation and 3D rendering software.
  • Experience using AI tools and design platforms (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to modify visual content.
