Job Title: Lead Data Architect

We're seeking a skilled data professional to elevate our data strategy and capabilities. As a Lead Data Architect, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining our data systems.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines for collecting, transforming, and normalising data from multiple sources.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data architecture and governance meet compliance, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers to upskill their data engineering capabilities.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
  • Experience with modern data tools and technologies such as Snowflake, BigQuery, dbt, Airflow, Kafka.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
