Data Technology Lead Position
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Technology Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and infrastructure. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will guide the design, development, and optimization of data solutions that power business insights and innovation.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable data pipelines, ensure high-quality data flows, and support analytics initiatives across the organization. Your expertise will help us unlock the full potential of our data assets, enabling smarter decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and is passionate about mentoring others while staying deeply involved in technical execution.
Responsibilities:- Lead initiatives in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Migration.
- Design and implement robust ELT/ETL processes, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
- Apply your expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and data profiling to support business intelligence and decision-making.
- Develop scalable and maintainable data pipelines using tools like SSIS and SQL Server.
- Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
- Utilize SQL for data manipulation and querying, and manage code using source control tools.
- Proven experience in data engineering and data architecture.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
- Experience with source code control tools.
