Overview As a Data Tech Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and infrastructure.
This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll guide the design, development, and optimization of data solutions that power business insights and innovation.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to architect scalable data pipelines, ensure high-quality data flows, and support analytics initiatives across the organization.
Your expertise will help us unlock the full potential of our data assets, enabling smarter decision-making and driving operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, enjoys solving complex data challenges, and is passionate about mentoring others while staying deeply involved in technical execution.
Responsibilities Lead initiatives in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, and Data Migration.
Design and implement robust ELT/ETL processes, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and pipeline development.
Apply your expertise in data modeling, data analysis, and data profiling to support business intelligence and decision-making.
Develop scalable and maintainable data pipelines using tools like SSIS and SQL Server.
Collaborate within an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Utilize SQL for data manipulation and querying, and manage code using GitHub or similar source control tools.
Qualifications Proven experience in data engineering and data architecture.
Strong proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and data modeling concepts.
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative team environments.
Experience with source code control tools like GitHub.
