- Providing expert guidance on child safe standards, reporting obligations, and high-risk safety matters to senior leaders and teams
- Promoting continuous improvement by strengthening quality assurance systems, monitoring compliance, and ensuring the organisation meets legislative requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in social work, psychology, or another human services discipline
- Strong experience leading workplace investigations and developing policy, programs, and strategy at a senior level
- In-depth understanding of Victorian Child Safe Standards, Reportable Conduct Scheme, and mandatory reporting obligations
- Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence change across a multi-site organisation
- Highly organised, with the capability to manage competing priorities while embedding trauma-informed, child-centred practices
