We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to join our team as the Dean of Curriculum and Pedagogy. This is a full-time position that will commence at the earliest convenience on T4, 2024 or T1, 2025.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an engaging and rigorous childhood learning program and environment.
- Oversee the teaching and learning program, working closely with the Deputy Principal and Principal.
- Mentor teachers and enhance their knowledge, practice, and professional involvement.
- Foster creative and innovative thinking among colleagues.
- Current Teacher's Registration in Western Australia and Working with Children Card.
- Relevant certificates and qualifications.
- Ability to lead and manage the teaching and learning program.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
