Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare criminal briefs and disclosure, civil discovery, and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies.
  • Deliver training and provide support to investigation teams on the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
  • Maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.

  • Experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management in a professional services firm, law firm, or enforcement agency.
