Job Opportunity: Evidence Synthesis Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead evidence synthesis for the update of National Dementia Clinical Guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evidence Synthesis: Develop and implement systematic reviews, consult on PICO questions, and prepare evidence profiles.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research and analysis, devise solutions, and provide expert advice to senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders and undertake networking to support project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and report on risks and issues relating to projects and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or extensive experience in a relevant field.
  • Substantial experience with systematic evidence syntheses.
  • High-level research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project coordination and management skills.
  • Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
  • Effective planning and organisational skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Highly developed knowledge of systematic review methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
