Professional Evidence Manager

The Evidence Services team provides comprehensive evidence management and analysis services utilizing various databases and litigation support tools to assist regulatory teams in reviewing and presenting evidence in courts and other bodies.
Main Responsibilities:- Prepare criminal briefs, civil discovery, and administrative banning briefs using software such as Nuix Discover and related technologies, adhering to established guidelines and practice notes.
- Deliver training and offer technical assistance to investigation teams in the effective use of ASIC's evidence management systems.
- Maintain and administer ASIC's evidence management system according to established rules and procedures.
- Collaborate with national Evidence Services Consulting teams to discuss emerging issues and potential solutions.
Demonstrated experience in consulting, eDiscovery, and evidence management is required. Strong technical expertise and specialist skills are necessary to assist in achieving impactful outcomes.
Requirements:- Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and deliver high-quality services while responding to complex inquiries and resolving issues.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with litigation support software is highly desirable.
