This role provides second-level end user IT support and problem resolution at a client site.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Desktop PC & Laptop Hardware installation, setup and configuration, problem diagnosis and resolution.

  • A basic understanding of networking.
  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Commit to regular and punctual attendance.
  • Hold a valid driver's license for occasional travel to other sites.
