
Mental Health Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide mental health support to students through both face-to-face and online consultations.
This is a meaningful role where your work directly supports student success in a positive, people-first workplace culture.
- Deliver engaging webinars and workshops on topics like stress, anxiety, mindfulness, and time management.
- Lead initiatives promoting Child Safe standards and act as a key contact officer for child safety compliance.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals across career counselling, disability support, wellbeing, and accommodation services.
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling, or equivalent experience.
- Eligibility for membership with professional bodies such as AASW, APS, or ACWA.
- Proven experience in short-term counselling and crisis response.
- Strong communication skills and a calm, empathetic approach.
- A deep understanding of Child Safe Standards, Mandatory Reporting, and Duty of Care.
