Technical Support Specialist

This role is responsible for providing advanced level technical support and problem resolution services to clients at their premises.

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in supporting IT technologies including PC & Laptop Hardware, Windows 11, Outlook, MS Teams, and MS Office.

  • Installation, setup, and configuration of desktop PCs and laptops, diagnosis and resolution of hardware-related issues.
  • Support of meeting room equipment.
  • General IT troubleshooting and assistance as required on site.
  • Effective management of incidents, knowledge base articles, tasks, and assets within the service management tool to meet established standards and service level agreements.
  • Maintaining a tidy and organized stock/build room environment.
  • Proper disposal of electronic waste.
  • Facilitating user training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Assisting with project work initiatives.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree or certification in an IT-related field and possess exceptional communication skills. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and reliability in attendance is paramount.
