About The Role- Perform laboratory support and specimen reception services, providing assistance to laboratory staff under supervision.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and clinical staff, communicating effectively and resolving issues within the laboratory environment.
- Maintain accurate data and attention to detail while managing competing priorities.
- Specimen Reception Services: Receive and process specimens for analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Laboratory Support: Provide technical assistance to laboratory staff, supporting various tests and procedures.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional patient care and communication, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
- A working knowledge of laboratory procedures and practices relevant to the Microbiology Department.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve general laboratory issues.
- Demonstrated customer service experience and skills, preferably in a laboratory environment.
