Cadet Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cadet Quantity Surveyor to join our Adelaide team at WT Partnership.

As a Cadet Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to develop both technical and leadership skills while rotating through various sectors and practices, including quantity surveying and construction cost management, building and engineering cost management, infrastructure cost engineering, advisory services, facilities management, sustainability, and contract claims and disputes.

Our Cadet Program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry and equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as a Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract administration
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress
  • Develop and maintain cost plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a degree in Construction Management, Property, Civil Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
