Description

This role involves leading the development and execution of strategic category plans to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of market trends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key stakeholders to create and implement winning category strategies.
  • Analyze market data to inform range planning and forecasting decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage end-to-end calendar deliverables, pricing harmonization, and volume/mix forecasts to meet target metrics.
  • Collaborate with brand activation on seasonal category brand calendars.
  • Lead internal meetings and support strategic planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, merchandising, or category management.
  • Cross-disciplinary exposure advantageous.
  • Influential leadership skills with stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Highly organized and fact-driven decision-making ability.
