About our role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our retail team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience
  • Maintaining store presentation to the highest standard
  • Communicating effectively with head office and other stores
  • Working collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
  • Utilizing our point-of-sale systems efficiently

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or retail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent personal presentation and grooming
  • The ability to deliver outstanding customer service

This is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment that requires physical activity, including climbing ladders, moving stock, and lifting items off racks.

Availability: We require candidates to be available to work 20-30 hours per week, including weekends.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory levels
