Job Description

The Financial Crime Framework Expert is responsible for managing and uplifting the financial crime frameworks at TAL. This includes developing and managing frameworks, policies, and standards on financial crime compliance.

  • Develop and manage financial crime frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business stakeholders on financial crime compliance.
  • Review risk in change proposals to assess the impact to financial crime risks and controls.

You'll work closely with Line 1 risk and business operational teams to provide support, advice, and conduct ongoing risk assessments. Your expertise will help us prevent and detect suspicious activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a financial crime compliance team.
  • Experience in developing and providing advice on financial crime and/or other compliance frameworks and policies is essential.
