Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks to ensure project compliance.
  • Monitor budgets and track financial performance.
  • Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive transparency and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare and analyse project reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in project governance, compliance, control methodologies.
  • Experience with telecommunications projects, particularly in network design and construction (Wideband, Asset Relocation, Optical Fibre).
  • Knowledge of telecommunications regulations, contract management, and financial control.
  • Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, COBIT, or ITIL are highly regarded.
