Job Title: Procurement Officer Machinery

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled procurement professional to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machinery, spare parts, equipment, or engineering supplies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain inventory levels of all parts and machinery to ensure timely completion of sales, backorders, forward orders, stock transfers, and product distribution
  • Sales Support: Ensure timely completion of sales, backorders, forward orders, stock transfers, and product distribution
  • Customer Communication: Update customers with expected product estimated time of delivery
  • Purchasing and Invoicing: Purchasing, invoicing, receipting sales, ensuring credits, and order fulfillment
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Scheduling of equipment servicing

Requirements and Skills:

  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in machinery, spare parts, equipment, or engineering supplies
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
