We are developing AI systems that control autonomous machines in the real world, not just simulations or benchmarks. Our aim is to create drones that can interpret spoken commands and take actions based on those commands.

The Role

As an Autonomy Engineer, you'll design and train Large Language Models from scratch. You'll work with real datasets and build recursive agentic frameworks that think before they act.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and fine-tuning LLMs for autonomous drone applications
  • Building out chain-of-thought frameworks and multi-step reasoning agents
  • Collaborating with robotics and speech teams to bring your models to life
  • Contributing to an evolving agent architecture with plans for vision-language integration
  • Helping us achieve scalable, field-tested autonomy
