">Your Role
">As a Senior Personal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a range of support and personal care services to our residents. This includes ensuring detailed documentation is updated, building and maintaining strong relationships within our team, with our customers and family members, and adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies.
You will also have the opportunity to provide meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive. Your skills and qualifications will play a vital role in helping us deliver high-quality care to our residents.
">What We Offer
">We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including:
- Flex-Up – work additional overtime hours and boost your income

Your Skills and Qualifications
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Flexibility and availability to work Morning (AM) or Afternoon (PM) shifts across seven-day roster (set days are available)
- Relevant qualifications such as a Certificate III in Individual Support, Certificate III in Disability etc
- A current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable vehicle
- All Australian Unity employees must be fully vaccinated for COVID 19, including the Booster and must have received a 2023 flu vaccination
