About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth across key market segments, including Corporate Office, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Education, Health and Aged Care, Hospitality, and Retail. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize Interface's market presence and capitalize on sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of National Business Development Managers to deliver sales revenue and margin targets
  • Drive strategic direction and provide day-to-day guidance to ensure team success
  • Liaise with Marketing to develop targeted approaches for key market segments
  • Build strong relationships with end-users and key players within target segments

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth and managing high-performing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as commercial acumen and market insight.
