Logistics Specialist, Data Center Operations

A comprehensive understanding of inventory management and logistics is required to succeed in this role. The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the onsite parts room in AWS Data Centers, ensuring that all necessary parts are readily available to support build and repair activities.

This position requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment and using computer-based inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Process shipments and issue parts as needed to internal customers.
  • Transport parts between sites and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in inventory management and logistics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
